Uvibes.com.au is wholly owned and operated by Ledouk Pty Ltd. Ledouk Pty Ltd and any Affiliate Companies or Entities will be referred to as Uvibes herein.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions relevant to the use of this Adult Website. Any purchase of goods or services on this website is restricted to individuals of at least 18 years of age. Purchase Agreement

The Agreement to purchase a product or products is effective from the date and time that Uvibes has received your submitted shopping cart order form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order(s). This contract is legally binding in accordance with Australian laws.

Stock

All goods remain the sole property of Uvibes until such time Uvibes receives payment in full. All stock items are offered subject to availability at the time of your order, and may differ slightly from the image(s) displayed on this website.

Orders

If you order an item that is shown as ‘Out of Stock’ on the website we will notify you by email and dispatch your ordered item to you promptly upon receipt of new stock. Restocking and dispatch of ‘Out of Stock’ items will normally take 4 to 8 working days subject to availability of wholesaler stock.

Taxes & Duties

Transaction currency Australian Dollars (AUD).
All prices quoted on this Website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax. If you order from outside Australia, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products, and you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges. Uvibes will not be responsible for any such charges or issue credit or refunds for items seized by the Authorities of any country. Contact your local customs office if you require further information.

Cancellations

Uvibes will not accept any cancellations after your order has been booked with Australia Post or other delivery contractors for dispatch. See also "Return of Items Purchased".

Customer Service

Uvibes will make every effort to respond to any customer service issues or questions within a maximum of two working days. Please submit any requests and questions through our contact us portal.

Privacy

Any information you submit to our website is only retained by Uvibes for the purpose of invoicing, fulfilling your order and providing after sale service. Uvibes will NOT sell, share, or rent this information to any external parties. You will only be added to our mailing list if you opt to be a subscriber. Termination of this service can be executed at any time via the email sent to you, by simply clicking the “Unsubscribe” button, which will appear clearly on the primary page of the email.

Uvibes uses a 128kb encrypted SSL to protect your credit card information. NO credit card details are retained by Uvibes for any reason.

Return of Items Purchased

The products sold by Uvibes are intimate, personal items that should be chosen carefully before you make an order on this website. In order to safeguard the health and safety of all of our customers and staff we are not able to offer an exchange service on any item purchased and received by you EXCEPT in the case that the item has a manufacturer’s defect, or in the case that the item received by you is not the item recorded on your order. Uvibes will not resell any item returned as defective due to matters of hygiene and safety.

If you are reasonably sure that the product you have received has a manufacturing defect, please complete and email the Returns Application Form to Uvibes at your earliest convenience. Products returned to Uvibes within 30 days of the purchase date and are confirmed to be defective by us will be replaced subject to the availability of stock and at no additional cost to you. In the case that the defective item you have purchased is no longer available Uvibes will issue you a full refund.

Discounts

All advertised discounts represented as a percentage off the total price of a product are calculated based upon the GST inclusive cost of the product. Thus, if an item is priced at $100 inclusive of GST, a 10% discount would represent a value of $10 off the overall price of the product. No discount or promotion, not including free shipping, can be used in conjunction with another discount or promotion unless expressly authorised in these terms and conditions.

Trademarks

The trademarks and logos within this website may not be used in connection with any products or services other than those provided by Uvibes. All other trademarks that appear on this site and are not owned by Uvibes or its Affiliated Companies or partners are the property of their respective owners who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Uvibes or its Affiliated Companies or partners.
